Incoming Department

  • Hotels, car rentals reservation for individuals
  • Liaising with the customer service, the representative department, the excursions department and the guides for re-grouped round trips
  • Coordination with hoteliers for stock management and special offers
  • Partnership for Incoming Tourism includes Tour Operators and Agents from France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lebanon, Belgium, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Japan.

Excursions Department

  • In-House day-to-day coordination of all excursion for individuals and groups
  • Preparing local and regular excursions schedules for re-grouped individuals with departure from each big cities of the island
  • Preparing pre-booked excursions schedule for groups with departure from each big cities of the island
  • Negotiating excursions prices and contract with suppliers (restaurants, zoo, wineries, museums and other excursions sites)
  • Coordination with the CTO-licensed guides, the transfers department, the incoming department, the production department for round trips arrangement
  • Liaising with the Cyprus Tourist Office (CTO) for Educational and/or VIP services
  • Coordination with suppliers for reservation and special offers and ticketing for the pre-booked excursions

Groups Department

  • Answering TOs and agencies requests for quotations based on our catalogue/brochure offers : Special Interest Programs and round trips – Cultural-Oenology, Archaeology, Agro-Tourism, Trekking, Bird Watching, Religion, Byzantine art, Diving, Golf, Geology, Study-trips for schools and Universities
  • Quotation and stock follow-up, coordination with the hoteliers and the excursions department for the organisation of all pre-booked round trips
  • Coordination with the groups before their arrival and handling of their hotels and pre-booked excursions reservations, last-minute requests
  • Support with Air Transportation through our connections with air companies
  • Follow-up with the groups after their departure, liaising with our suppliers and their accountancy department for invoices and payments

Incentives Department

  • Answering TOs and agencies requests for tailor-made DMC quotations , tailor made incentives programs and out of the box excursions and activities according to Customer’s needs
  • Negotiating prices and contract with all DMC suppliers (hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, vehicles, excursions etc.)
  • Coordination with the guides, the representatives and customer service, the transfers department and the excursions department
  • Organization and support for all your incentive and conference projects on the field
  • Support with Air Transportation through our connections with air companies
  • Follow-up with the groups after their departure, liaising with our suppliers and their accountancy department for invoices and payments
  • Participation to DMC trade-show in Cyprus and abroad, day-to-day management of Creative DMC website

Transfers Department

  • Groups and individuals transfers reservation
  • Daily management of creative vehicles fleet stock and schedules
  • Transfer from/to Larnaca (LCA) or Paphos (PFO) International Airports, from city to city, hotel to hotel
  • Available fleet : air-condition Taxi, air-conditioned buses and Limousines etc

Production & Marketing Department

  • Negotiating prices and contract with hoteliers, partner agencies and TO’s
  • Liaising with the networks of travel agencies abroad as their incoming agent in Cyprus
  • Answering TOs and agencies daily special request for individual or groups: Local or pre-booked excursions, hotels, round trips, car hire, transfers…)
  • Liaising with the hoteliers to keep their information up to date and for the validation of the TOs’ brochure, inspection visits
  • Preparation of the TOs’ seasonal production, coordinating with the suppliers to design new thematic products
  • Quotation for tailor made round-trips and fly & drive for Individuals or Groups
  • Overall coordination of the publications of the company with the excursions department, the DMC department and the groups department
  • Overall coordination of Educationals with the incoming department, the groups department, the excursions department and the customer department
  • Management of special projects , VIP Support
  • Participation to trade-show, day-to-day management of creative.com.cy website

Customer Service & Quality Control Department

  • Airport information and assistance in Larnaca and Paphos upon arrival and departure of the clients
  • 24 hours assistance of the clients during all the duration of their stay
  • Preparation and delivery of the arrival booklets and necessary voucher to the clients
  • Escorting clients and educational participants during transfers, nights out, hotels visits etc.
  • Information meeting in the hotels after the arrival of the clients, management of the local excursions and/or car rental orders and reservations
  • Getting clients feedback during their stay and before their departure, handling last minute request and prevent potential dissatisfaction
  • Liaising with the incoming department, the groups department and the excursions department about arrivals, accommodation and excursions
  • Investigating and answering Customers’ complains after their departure
